Refund Policy

Refund of money shall be made only under the following conditions:


  • The refund would be done via same mode of transaction and not thought any gift cards, coupons or vouchers.  You can expect a refund,in the same form payment originally used for purchase,within 6 to 7 working days.


  •  If Order was not delivered to the recipient. Customer will be entitled to get full refund of money.


  •  If the purchase order is cancelled by the customer three day prior to date of delivery, money will be refunded after deduction of 30% charge for order processing fee and other expenses .


  •  If an order is cancelled less than two business days prior to the delivery date, no refund will be issued.


  •  Refund of money can be requested only in case of service failure on part of shoppykart local florist. Our team will first evaluate whether such request qualifies for a refund, and decision taken by our management will be final.


  •  If there are complaints regarding quality of the product being delivered, we will first inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, money will be refunded as soon as possible. Order Complaints  mails should be sent to care@shoppykart.in with the subject: Complaint  Request.
